Site Characteristics A major indoor sports complex within the Taipei Cultural and Sports Park development. Site area is approximately 10.3 hectares.

Project Scale Cinema Complex: 5 above-ground floors with 5 basement levels (partial 4B). Shopping Mall: 8 above-ground floors with 4 basement levels. Main Stadium (Taipei Dome): Steel truss dome structure with 5 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels. Hotel/Office Tower: 20 above-ground floors with 4–5 basement levels. Excavation depth ranges from approximately 17.6 m to 26.3 m.

Geotechnical Features Scope of work included geotechnical site investigation, pile load testing, foundation design and construction consulting, as well as planning, evaluation, and integrated analysis of geotechnical engineering aspects.
